If we desire to experience peace we must encounter the One who gave His own life on the cross to purchase our peace, Jesus Christ.
Jesus is, was and always will be the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).
He preached peace to all that were afar off and to those who were nigh (Ephesians 2:17).
He made and fulfilled His covenant promises of peace (Ezekiel 37:26; Ephesians 2:14, Hebrews 13:20, Isaiah 53:5)
Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The sum of all this is turn to and trust in Jesus. He can and will be the peace that guards, defends, and keeps you
in and through everything you face in life.
in and through everything you face in life.
Romans 15:33 May the God of peace be with you all. Amen.
