Five Ways to Experience Freedom in Suffering!

Five truths to help every believer find freedom in the suffering we face in our daily lives. 1. Don't be caught off guard with suffering. Don't be surprised with suffering. As long as we live in this mortal body we will experience suffering. We Christians we should Know that it is coming, but also be assured that Jesus has overcome this world. 1Peter 4:12-13 Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial (suffering) which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy. John 15:18-20 “If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you.  If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.  Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If th

Jesus is our ever present Savior

Matthew 1:21-23 And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus , for He will save His people from their sins .” So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel ,” which is translated, “ God with us .” Two simple reminders for you this Christmas. 1. Think about Jesus!

Many today would be free from anxiety and depression if you made Jesus Lord (Ruler,Master) of your thought life. #thinkaboutJesus 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 YLT For the weapons of our warfare [are] not fleshly, but powerful to God for bringing down of strongholds, reasonings bringing down, and every high thing lifted up against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of the Christ. Isaiah 26:3 NLT You will keep in perfect peace all who trust in you, all whose thoughts are fixed on you! I encourage you today to fill your heart, mind, soul and spirit with the Word of God. Read the Word, pray the Word, sing (for some of us that means quietly lol ) the Word, speak (over yourself, family, and those around you) the Word, and write (journal, put sticky notes in your car, home) the Word. Maybe you are reading this and do not know where to start reading in the Bible, check out Phillipians 4:4-9. God bless!
