Encourage one another daily

I have been studying and meditating on the subject of encouragement. I have written a lot of notes and studied more than twenty verses on this subject but I find everything the new testament says about encouragement to be summed up in this one verse. Hebrews 3:13 NKJV But exhort/ encourage one another daily, while it is called “Today,” lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Church we must reach out to one another love one another, care for one another, pray for one another and encourage one another. Yes Jesus has promised us life and life more abundantly, but in the same breath reminded us about the thief who came to steal, kill, and destroy. Many are facing the attacks of the enemy and need someone to come along side of them and encourage them. Have you seen someone today that needs encouragement don't put it off, encourage them today, love on them today, pray for them today. Maybe God has put someone on your heart, call them today and encourage th...

Jesus paid a high price for you!

Acts 20:28....you have been PURCHASED with the blood of Jesus.   1 Corinthians 7:23 You are BOUGHT with a price; be not the servants of men. (But rather serve the one Who has purchased you with His own blood)  1 Corinthians 6:20 For you are BOUGHT with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.  Galatians 3:13 Christ hath REDEEMED (PURCHASED) us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 1 Peter 1:18-19 Forasmuch as you know that you were not REDEEMED with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:  Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast REDEEMED us to God by thy blood out of every...

Get ready for a Holy Ghost Explosion!

Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Power- (in greek) dunamis: miraculous, power, might, strength, virture We know from the word dunamis we get the word dynamite. The Lord spoke clearly to me on five areas in the church. He was about to explode with His dunamis, dynamite, explosive, power. 1. The Holy Ghost is about to explode with His dunamis power the Box called religion and the traditions of men that the church has tried to contain Him in. 2. God is about to explode and destroy man's vision and ideas and strategies  and replace them with His vision, His plans, and His purpose. 3. Our understanding of the day and hour.  God is about to send forth men and women of God that have heard God in the secret place and come  out in a real understanding of the day and the hour in which we live and clear...

God has done His part are you willing to do yours?

God forgives sin and brings refreshing through the Holy Spirit.... Acts 3:19 Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, Notice our responsibility in receiving forgiveness and refreshing. 1. Repent- which simply means to turn away from sin and turn to God. God gives rest to the weary.... Matthew 11:29-30 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.  Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. Notice our responsibility in receiving the rest of God. 1. Come to Jesus. 2. Be yoked to Jesus. 3. Learn from me. Jesus removes guilt, shame condemnation.... Romans 8:1 There  is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. Notice our responsibility in being free f...

Let's move this City

The Church will move a city, a region, and a nation when we are properly representing Jesus Christ. (You gotta listen to the message to hear the analogy Pastor uses to highlight this point it is powerful) God is calling us to be moved out of religion and into being radical. Radical in our prayer, radical in our worship, radical in our serving, radical in our preaching, radical in our witnessing. Lord move me so I can move my city, region and nation in Jesus name! https://youtu.be/9_kOlK8pCBY

Prince of Peace

If we desire to experience peace we must encounter the One who gave His own life on the cross to purchase our peace, Jesus Christ. Jesus is, was and always will be the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6).  He preached peace to all that were afar off and to those who were nigh (Ephesians 2:17).  He made and fulfilled His covenant promises of peace (Ezekiel 37:26; Ephesians 2:14, Hebrews 13:20, Isaiah 53:5) Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful. Philippians 4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. The sum of all this is turn to and trust in Jesus. He can and will be the peace that guards, defends, and keeps you in and through everything you face in life. Romans 15:33 May the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

Jesus Will Never Fail You

Don't be discouraged by all the hypocrisy in the world, and many times in the church. Rather allow it to propel you to the cross and never let go of Jesus. Man will fall and stumble and if your confidence is solely in them you will do the same. Commit and decide today to put your confidence in Jesus. He will never fail, forsake or leave you. He is not a man that He can lie, His promises and Word declare Him to be Faithful, True, and Righteous. Jesus loves and cares for you more than you can think or even imagine. Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 1 John 1:5-9 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that ...
