Forgiveness ISN'T optional in the Kingdom of God.  Unforgiveness is like a cancer in our heart. Unforgiveness leads to stress, bitterness, resentment, depression, anxiety, worry and all tyoes of sickness. We must keep and guard our hearts from unforgiveness. Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23 We can't wait on a certain feeling to forgive, we must be led by obedience to the Word. We must stop reacting to emotions and begin responding to God. As children of God we are called to walk by faith and not our feelings. When we step out in faith and obedience to forgive others God will bring about the feeling in His time. Emotions will follow our obedience to God.   Just as we have freely received the forgiveness of our sins.  We MUST freely forgive others. Will You not revive us again, That Your people may rejoice in You? Psalms 85:6 I want to start off by saying YES God will bring REVIVAL in the church that stands in faith, repentance, humility and in a place of desperation. Revival will always bring about rejoicing with joy unspeakable and full of glory in the people of God.   My soul clings to the dust; Revive me according to Your word. Psalms 119:25  We must desire biblical revival. There are many things in the church that are labeled revival (there is a fire from God but there is also false or strange fire from satan and the imagination of men) it has nothing to do with the word of God. Biblical revival will ALWAYS be God stamped with Biblical repentance and life change.  Turn away my eyes from looking at worthless things, And revive me in Your way. Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to DOCTRINE . Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.
